The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is hosting its third edition of the conclave on ‘NextGen Healthcare 2016’. The event, on Friday, 29 July, 2016 at Hotel Taj Mahal, New Delhi, will see industry leaders speak on important matters of healthcare.
By raising the question Universal Healthcare: A distant Dream or a Near Reality?, the conference will focus on and assess the accessibility and affordability of healthcare services in India. It will witness an ensemble of eminent doctors such as Dr Dharminder Nagar, Managing Director of Paras Healthcare and Dr Nandakumar Jairam, Chairman & Group Medical Director of Columbia Asia Hospitals.
The conference will focus on identifying the various sustainable financing models including innovative PPP strategies, measures to make healthcare affordable and accessible in future, challenges in implementing various financing models and solutions to overcome them, the role of technology in increasing affordability, and various steps to expand insurance coverage and reduce out-of-pocket expenses.
